	This Web Database Application is an Online Project Monitoring System for International organizations with offices in different country. Project Managers can add new project and upload relevant proposals/documents to the system from different field offices situated in differct countries. Project managers can create new user accounts, assign tasks to specific members and setup security access to the users. Users will be able to use the features of this site according to the privileges assigned to their account.   It has three mail modules. These are as follows:   Project Maintenance . Mailing Section Other Official Unit.   This application uses SQL Server as the backend Database. All modifications are stored in to the database for future reference and query.    The system has the capability to manage large amounts of data in multiple formats. It can also be seamlessly plugged into other on-line systems.
