INFORMATION FOR TENDERER |
|
Eligibility of Tenderer: |
"Bidders shall meet the following minimum requirements alongwith other requirements as mentioned in the bidding documents:
(a) Bidders (all partner combined in case of Joint Venture) must have successfully completed on turnkey basis, at least three (3) comparable contracts (i.e. Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of minimum 4 bays of 220kV or higher voltage AIS or GIS substation together with the associated power transformer of 220kV or higher voltage and minimum 100MVA capacity in each contract) within the last ten (10) years as on the date of opening of bids. Out of above three comparable contracts, experience in GIS substation shall be at least two (2), of which at least one installation shall be in successful operation for minimum of three years. Each partner of the Joint Venture must have at least one experience of the above mentioned comparable contract.

Brief Description of Goods or Works: |
"Design, supply, delivery, installation, testing & commissioning on turnkey basis of 230kV Maniknagar GIS substation comprising of two 230kV overhead line bays, two transformer bays and one bus-sectionalizing breaker bay including two 230/138/34.5kV, 225/300MVA, 3 phase Auto power transformers. The Works also include the extension of one 132kV line bay, and replacement of the existing 132kV outdoor equipment in two existing bays for connection of new two 230/138kV transformer secondary bays and the works also includes replacement of the 132kV outdoor equipment of the bus coupler bay in the existing 132kV switchyard at Maniknagar 132/33kV substation.
