Operation and Maintenance Support for National Electronic Government Procurement (e-GP) System Contract No. PPMO/C/RFP/2074/75/01 (April 2018 - March 2020)
The objective of the project is to carry out procurement activities following the authority and accountability workflow as stipulated by the public procurement act, Regulations and other prevalent guidelines under the secured web-environment for attaining procurement objectives. Core functions of e-GP are as follows:
• Registration of Stakeholders• e-Bidding• Workflow Management System• Administrative Management Console• e-Contract Management System• Banking instrument verification• Public Procurement Management Information System(PPMIS)• System and Security Administration• Application Usability & Help e-GP system is a custom build web-based application. Scope for this operation and maintenance stage are• Improvement of governance in public procurement. Improve efficiency, transparency and accountability in public procurement of Goods, Works and Services, Regain people’s confidence, reduce corruption and strengthen the country’s utilization capacity of available resources.• Maintain and sustain the public procurement act (PPA) and public procurement regulation (PPR) of GoN in overall government procurement process. • Identifying and solving structural issues that hinder end-to-end performance of procurement lifecycle. • Comprehensive 24*7 maintenance and operation support on the basis of Service Level Agreement (SLA).
